How long is graduation?
- 2-3 hours, depending on number of graduates
Where do I get my cap and gown?
- The Campus Bookstore. The cost is $54 plus tax
What color tassel should I buy?
- Colors of tassels are as follows:

- Early Childhood Education - Light Blue

How many tickets do I receive?
- The number of tickets depends on the number of graduates walking.
We will not know the final number of tickets/walkers until Graduation Wrap-Up.
What if I have more guests than tickets?
- There is the overflow area with live viewing for those without tickets.
Does an infant or small child need a ticket for admission to the auditorium?
- Per the Civic Center fire code, every person in the auditorium needs a ticket, even those sitting
on an adult’s lap.
My guest is in a wheelchair. Are there special accommodations available?
- Wheelchair seating for guests is available in a designated area of the auditorium. Doors to the auditorium
open at 12:30 p.m.; make sure anyone needing extra time to be seated arrives at that time. A sign language
interpreter for the hearing impaired is provided.
Where do I park?
- Parking is available in the parking garage with the skywalk located on the corner of Market
and Elizabeth Streets for $5.00 per vehicle or in the parking lot on the corner of Spring and Main.

Can I get photographs of the day’s events?
- You have the opportunity to get your photograph taken in your cap and gown before the ceremony. All services
are at no charge unless you wish to order prints. Before and after the commencement, there will be
photographers taking candid pictures of graduates with their friends and families. In addition, the ceremony
will be recorded and available at:

When do I get my diploma?
- Your diploma will be mailed after grades are processed to your address on file.
Can I bring my purse, coat, personal items?
- The Civic Center does not provide storage. Graduates should leave personal items with guests.
I’m not going to graduate but I’ve already petitioned for Spring Semester. What do I do?
