- Doors to auditorium open at 12:30 p.m. Guests must be seated by 1:45 p.m. (Tickets may not
guarantee a seat in auditorium after this time). Once the processional begins at 2 p.m., guests are
not permitted in the auditorium lobby but may enter through the Exhibit Hall doors.
- Wheelchair seating is available in a designated area in the auditorium.
- A sign language interpreter for the hearing impaired is provided.
- An overflow area with live viewing is available to accommodate guests without tickets and/or
guests with small children. Tables and chairs provided.
- Although the length of each ceremony varies with the number of graduates, it is best to plan at
least two hours. Visitors are asked to respect the graduates and stay for entire ceremony.
- After the ceremony, receptions are held in Exhibit Halls where graduates can socialize with family, friends, faculty, and staff.
